My Approach
My wedding photography is intimate, romantic and fun. My work is shot in a documentary style, telling the story from the moment you put on your finishing touches while getting ready. On your wedding day, I want to get to know the people that are closest to you and your stories. I like to observe everything and really take it all in so that no details or feelings go undocumented. I’ll be looking to capture all the hugs, laughs and tears and I’ll likely be laughing and crying along with you. I’m a softy and a sucker for kids and old people. I want you to look at your wedding photos and feel the love again.
Although most of my work focuses on telling your story, a small portion of the day will be dedicated to portraits of the two of you and your wedding party. During the portrait section of the day I will direct you in a natural way that will allow you to be yourselves and to capture your emotions. I want you to really embrace each other and to enjoy your time together. I know that together we can create something magical.
Oh how much I love the in between moments!! This is when I’ve captured some of my favorite images. My work also shows my love movement and playfulness with light.
